Mathematical Formulas; save as pdf

Hello,



I use Word 2007 extensively with mathematical formulas.



I have two problems:



1) Sometimes it happens that formulas are not printed correctly, beginning
with a certain page of the document. When I open the document I see the
formulas correctly on the screen.



2) When I save a document as pdf-file, it gets a dark grey background.

How can I get a normal white background?
