Max Database Size

I plan to import a data file (comma delimited) with
358,000 records.
Each record will have 26 fields.
Each field is numeric with max characters of 6 positions.
Most fields will have 1 position.

Will Access 2000 be able to handle it?

The maximum size allowed for an Access 2000 database is 2 GB, so unless your
existing database is already approaching that size, you should have no
problems with your import.
