I have a list of log enteries for different engines:
C D F
Date Serial Time
12/31/2009 PCE-BJ0340 108019
12/31/2009 PCE-BJ0450 63107
12/30/2009 PCE-BJ0340 201324
12/31/2009 PCE-BJ0486 45209
12/30/2009 PCE-BJ0450 92159

I was wondering if there is any way I can pull out the most recent time for
each engine?

This type of problem is readily solved with a pivot table. It takes a few
minutes to get comfortable with pivot tables but it will be time well spent.
