Max Price and Min Price paid for an item

I have a report from database giving me purchases at different unit prices,
I am trying to get the maximun price price paid in 1 column and the minimun
price paid in another column, my datebase is about 5000 items.
Your help is very much appreciated.
My sheet layout is like this:
A B C
Part # Qty Unit Price

A couple of questions. I'm guessing you want the minimum and maximum total
price paid (Qty times Unit Price), right? Do you have a column for the
"price paid" (Qty times Unit Price)? Can the part numbers repeat within
Column A or is the list of part numbers unique? If they can repeat, are you
looking for the minimum and maximum for any one part number or for all the
same part numbers added together?
