What's the maximum number of records an Access table can contain? I want to work with a data base of 250,000 records..

Thanks!

no max number of records. max table size (in A2K) is 1 GB.
to see all the specifications: open Access Help, go to the
Answer Wizard tab, and type "what are the
specifications?". you get a list of specifications to
choose from which should tell you everything you'd ever
want to know about Access specifications (more, probably!).

Yep. The 1,000,000 is getting respectable; I know of several databases
with between one and ten million; and of one stock-ticker database
with over 100,000,000 records (!)
