Max Units - Resource Sheet

Does the max units have to be a percent? I am using Project 2003.

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Try Tools/Options.../Schedule tab - Show assignment units as a: and select decimal.

You're welcome, Jim . I must admit that this how I started. I couldn't get on with 40% of a person or 245% persons or whatever and I always worked in decimals. The Max Units figure in Resource Sheet to me had to be whole numbers of persons. However, since the % is default I eventually found it confusing answering questions in decimals and have reluctantly converted to %.
