Maximize form when returning

I have a switchboard with an On Load Maximize. When I
click an option to pull a report and then close the report
to return to the switchboad, the switchboard is no longer
maximized. How do I keep the switchboard maximized?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Issue a command to maximize (DoCmd.Maximize or use a macro) in the OnClose
event of the report. The last object to have focus will be maximized.

Move the DoCmd.maximize to the Switchboard's Activate Event. The Activate
Event will fire when you open the Form or come back to the Switchboard
(after closing the Report) and the Switchboard will be maximized.
