Maximize Macro

I have a macro to maximize a switchboard. The database is secure with certain
permissions set for a different groups of users. When someone logged into
admin group opens the switchboard it maximizes no problem. When a user not in
the admin group opens the switchboard the window doesn't max. What am i
missing?
