Maximizing Startup Screen

I have created a form that I want to have open when you
open the db. I went to tools/startup and form comes up
just fine when I launch the db. But it is not maximized.
I've scoured my books for instructions on how to launch my
startup screen maximized, but I can't seem to locate it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the form's Load eventhandler, put
DoCmd.Maximise
