Maximum file size

Hi,

Iam facing problems with size of excel file and operating it is very
slow even with enough resuorces. i have a few doubts regarding excel
files. pl clarify. My file contains 45 sheets.

What is the maximum allowed file size for any excel file?
What are the parameters that effect file size?
How to reduce the file size?

One function that can affect Excel's speed is the number of files in your Temp
and TIF folders. Clean these out regularly. Temp folders should be cleaned
out only after a re-boot.

Max file size is limited by memory and resources according to Excel Help on
"specifications"(no quotes).
