Are there any limitations for number of users for Ms Access?

I have an application which has more than 17 users and access same database
on the server mdb.


Will it affect performance?
If yes, are there any solutions?
Should I go to SQL server for number of users?

How many of them are concurrent users?
How big in size is your database?

If yes, are there any solutions?
Should I go to SQL server for number of users?
