Maximum Work

Can somebody advise on how I can set a maximium work limit per day.

I have set a maximium resource limit which cumulative comes to say 12 across
multiple resources.

But I only have 10 desks, how can project level against this and move task
to best optimise usage for the 10 desks.

Hi,

First, one thing I shoudld warn about.
Project doesn't OPTIMIZE anything. It xcalculates dates frm your input but
do not look for a OPTIMIZATION routine.
This being said, the following will help you:
To each task using a person also add the resource "Desk" - after setting
effort driven off;
Now set max units for Desk to 10
Level with the opytion "Levelinbg can adjust individual assignments.." off
