To others that may have run into a problem when installing Visio
2003...
When I attempted to access Office's clip-art gallery, it would ask me
for the source CD of Visio in order to access MC561403.CAB. I was
using a Visio 2003 Pro trial, so I didn't have access to these files.
My solution: download the trial version installer and save it to your
computer. The installation application is a type of automated zip file
that automatically opens and uncompresses. The .cab files are then
deleted. In order to overcome this, I opened the file using WinZip and
extracted the contents of the application. (Which contains LOTS of
..cab files.)
Then when the clipart organizer asked for the source, I directed it to
the newly extracted folder and PROBLEM RESOLVED!
Not sure if this is the ideal way to fix this problem, but it worked
for me!
