Where can i get an MCP in El Salvador??' or what do i need to do to get one
if i live in El Salvador???

i think you would have to get one if you live in El Salvador or you could
just download one. I'm not sure... you can ask someone who knows it better
than I do...

I think Rafael is talking about getting is MCP certification. You can't
download that.
