MDB ACCess database

How do i edit/remove records within my newly created mdb
access database file. When i double click the file, an
empty shell of a program comes up with no content. Using
shift while opening it does not work either.

Have you checked in Tools>>Options to show Hidden objects? Your tables may
be hidden. Or the db could be corrupted.
