My merge data source is an .mdb table that has memo fields. The memo
fields are being truncated in my main word doc after merging. I have
tested in several environments:
Word 2002, 2003, 2007-sp3 on Windows XP-sp3
Word 2002, 2003, 2007-sp3 on Windows 7.
It seems only one computer is able to successfully merge without
truncating...it is an XP with both Word 2007 and the trial version of
Word 2010 installed on it. On this computer, no truncating occurs in
the Word 2007-sp3 version.
Many of our users have machines with these different scenarios. How
can I make this successful on all machines?
