Hello,

Is it possible to open MDE files for editing in Access? How if possible?

No, Vladimir, this is not possible. MDE files are not editable - that is
their purpose. To update an MDE file, you would need to:

1. Modify the original MDB file from which the MDE was created.
2. Make a copy of it.
3. Convert the MDB to a new MDE

Maybe there are some tools to grab queries and forms. I need to get them
very much. Could you advise me something (tools, etc)?

As Cheryl stated you can't get to the design of Forms, Reports, and Code.
You should be able to view/alter tables and queries.
