,mdi files

When I had Office 2000, as a printer option I had
Microsoft Document Imaging. It would capture any doc and
convert it to .mdi format. Now that I upgraded to Office
XP Pro I do not have that option nor will it read my
old .mdi files. What do I do?

Hi Mark,

MS Office Document Imaging was introduced in Office XP (2002)
and enhanced in Office 2003. Check in Add/Remove Programs
in the Windows control panel under Microsoft Office to see
if that particular feature (optional) has been installed.

MS Office Publisher 2000 had a MS Publisher Imagesetter printer
