mdw shortcut reference?

I still can't run the wizard as the admin. (Yesterday's
topic) And I can log in as buckj (Admins). Still don't
know what is going on with that.

Since I have stalled out on that problem I figured that I
should go ahead a try a different approach. I have a
secured mdw file that I am trying to connect my database
to and the shortcut properties look a little like this.

Target:
"EDI Tracker.mdb" /wrkgrp "O:\Library\IS\Non-
PHI\Dedicated\Application
Documentation\Infrastructure\Membership &
Related\JB_Training\EDI
Database\Implementation\EDI_WRKGRP.mdw"

Start In:
"Application Documentation\Infrastructure\Membership &
Related\JB_Training\EDI Database\Implementation\"

After I have clicked the shortcut: When I view my folder
where these two file are located only the database shows
being locked. So it isn't opening the mdw file?
What can I do?

I hope with Access 2003 they make securing databases a
little more easy. This is just ridiculous all the loop
holes this "One Step Security Wizard" has. Quite frankly
I am tired of having all these problems even after
reading all of the Q & A sections, and personnal websites.
Sorry I just had to vent...
