ME Outlook: how to keep info and delete double folders: Calendar and Calendar1

Hi, I lost my pst files through a very dumb move. I imported an old file and
now end up with double folders: Contacts and contacts1, Calendar and
Calendar1. The "1" folders have all the information I need in the default
folders.
Since I cannot COPY the contents of those two folders (1) to the standard
folder and then delete the "1" folders, (whihc is what I did with my
subfolders) how do I go about this?

I then also still have one extra "Personal Folders" with only a "deleted
Items" and a "tasks" folder left which I cannot delete. Help with that also
please.
