meaningless RunTime Error 5

I developed "customer support software" for my company with VBasic6.0
SP3, its work with Sql2K and CrystalReport8.

i have problem on RunTime subjects.
If i installed the software to win98 or win2k there is no problem on
their, but in win2003 it gives me error on anyplace
Run-time error '5': Invalid procedure
call or argument.
Can you give me any advice for solving this my terrible error?

In case you haven't realized it yet, but this is for Word Applications.
