measurement MS W2000

In view and page preview I am now getting the screen
display to be measured in inches for the vertical setting
and in centimeters for the horizontal measurement. I
have gone back several times and changed the page layout
setting back and forth to get common measurement with no
success. Any help for this corrrection? Thanks

They're not centimeters; they're "character units." See

I was able to capture screen prints and have them under
the email address of (e-mail address removed). The
password is "inches". Please note that both the vertical
and horizontal increments are displayed in inches,
however, one is only 75% of the other (or perhaps 125% or
the other depending on your view).

Unfortunately, (e-mail address removed) is an email address, not an URL. Is
the Zoom setting the same for both documents?

Yes it is. Each was a screen capture using alt/schrrn
print then paste to supply the display.
