Measurements Display

Happy Holidays all!
Can someone please help me with the following:
I am using the office template because I want to recreate
my kitchen's measurements before I head out to the home
improvement store. However I am not able to get it to
display the measurements in inches ONLY. No matter what
I've done it just converts it and displays it as FEET and
inches and this is driving me crazy. Can someone please
tell me if I can actually have visio display all of my
measurements ONLY in inches just the way I input it?

Go to File > Page Setup > Page Properties.

This does not work - units are still displayed on the
plan in inches...
