measuring unit in EXCEL

I am using EXCEL 2000, could anyone advise how to change
the measuring unit in EXCEL, say from inches to cm or vice
versa. Thanks.

I find it very strange as to why the Unit of Measurement
is not even stated in the "PageSetup" page.

I have experience when I opened an EXCEL file given by a
friend which has a different unit setting as mine and
without realising it early ....
