Media Content Sharing

I need a method to share out the media conent to all
users of Office XP without having to redo the install
from an Installation Point. The install needs to be
usable from the Clip Art browser already categorized.
The Media Clip Organizer sees the files but does not
categoruze them with all of the other clip art:
butterflies with butterflies, etc...

Ideas?
2K AD Domain
XP Pro Workstations
Dell OptiPlex systems
10/100 Switches
All Ethernet (No WAPs)
