Many hosts will block publishing any files over 1 MB
- that is the default max file size set in the FP SE
So you may get publishing errors
If you really want to use a file that large
I would recommend importing it in a folder named say Media,
- creating your media player links,
- then converting the Media folder to a subweb
- that way you can Publish your web (w/o subwebs) and FTP the huge file
separately to the Media folder
PS
I would warn all your users that the file is 75 MB
