Medical documenting on 2 x 4 labels

I am trying to set up a template using Word on Corporate Express 2 x 4
mailing labels. They are 10 to a page with 5 per side. I've tried to paste a
text box and put a box around it so I can see the edges, but it keeps pasting
the new box (when I try to copy and paste) inside of or on top of the old box.

I am trying to use the mailing labels for medical documenting in ancillary
notes. Am I the only one who does this? Does any other medical professional
document this way? Which labels do you use and what template?

Label templates are just tables. May I ask why you are using text boxes and
not just typing the data inside the cells (labels)?
