Katintn, if you are doing this for personal reasons I would say outlook would
be ok. However if you are using this as a tool for say a senior living
facility then outlook would not be advisable. In this case I would recommend
Access. You could create a database that could track unlimited individuals
and their medications, doses, and even reactions. This application has the
tools for setting up a one page form that would be link to each patient. You
would be able to run reports on on an individual, or a medication, or a time
frame.
