Medium Date Format

Does anyone know how can I change the format of the
Medium Date in Access 2002?

Yes. Make your own!

Look up Format, or hit F1 when are in a place where you can put a medium date
format.

MS-Access is quite good that way, it gives you a range of pre-defines, or if
you don't like any of them you can make your own!

Regional Settings (In Windows Control Panel) can also affect it.

Actually, I believe the Medium Date format is independent of the Regional
Settings. IIRC, Medium Date is unique to Access.
