Meeting Accepted But Not Appearing In Calendar

Hi everyone,

We have a user who has a delegate who accepts his meetings for him,
acceptance sent back to the inviter and yet they continually fail to appear
on his Calendar. Is the issue the deletion of emails while both Outlooks are
open or is there another possible issue?
