Meeting availability showing as unknown

After Febuaray 29th the calander is no longer showing the
proper availability for meeting attendees. Has anyone
come across this problem? If so is there a fix or
workaround?

I am running into the exact same problem. . . I have tried the /CleanFreeBusy tag to no effect.
