Meeting Disappearing from Calendar

Hi,

On two separate occasions in the past month I have had a meeting disappear from my calendar. The disappearance occurs after I have made a modification to the meeting details to which I have invitees (for instance, updating the text area to include call bridge details).

When people respond to my invitation, I get a warning message indicating that "This meeting is not in your Calendar. It may have been deleted or moved."

I have searched everywhere within Entourage for the deleted or moved meetings (thinking I had accidentally deleted/moved them) but have struck out.

Thoughts? Solutions?

Are these invitations that you've sent out from your own calendar or has

When updating the invitation, are you getting a message asking if you'd
like to send updates?

Hi Bill,

Yes, these are meeting invitations that I have sent. The original invitation was sent ok, and folks were able to response (accept/decline). It is when I added details to the description that things went sideways. And yes, I was prompted to send an update (which I selected).

I also have a problem with meetings disappearing from my Entourage calendar, but these are not related to invitations. I add an event, and within a minute or so, it vanishes. I never had this problem with the prior version of Office. Ideas?

Hi Jeff,
I am having the same issue for all of my Execs. Randomly, meetings just seem
to be disappearing. Have you found a resolution to this?
