How do I enter that in Outlook 2007?

set up a monthly recurrence and choose 3rd Wednesday

when requesting assistance **

Four steps:
1. Open a new appointment window.
2. In the ribbon bar for the appointment, click on the "Recurrence"
button
3. Under "Recurrence pattern", select "Monthly"
4. Just to the right of that, select the appropriate options to set it
to the third Wednesday of every 1 month.
