We are running Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2003 we have one Exchange server
with users in 3 time zones. Everything seems to be good except one problem,
"Meeting Forward Notifications". The Exchange server is in est time zone and
2 of our offices are in the cst time zone. Sometimes when an assistant in the
cst zone create a meeting request and later forwards the meeting to a new
attendee the originator will get a Meeting Forward Notification and at the
bottom of the notification it will say that all times are in est time, the
time zone of the server. Which really throws the attendees off because of the
one hour time difference. Other time the notification will say that all times
are in cst. Does anyone know why the difference?
