Sometimes I need to send out an email announcing options to attend one of
several scheduled meetings. I would like to know how to send multiple
attached files that when opened, are a meeting invitation. I would name ea
file with the time and date so the recipient would know which file to open.
When accepted, the meeting would go into the recipient's calendar and I
would have a electronic record of who is attending which sesssion.
How do I do this? I know it is possible because I have received such emails
with multiple attached files which are invitations.
