Meeting Invitations Coming in as Regular E-mail

I am getting meeting invites being sent to me from a client. They use Outlook
through MS Exchange. When I receive them in Outlook they appear as regular
text e-mails. When I receive them in another contact manager (Goldmine) they
appear as meeting invitations and I get the options to accept, reject, etc.

Anyone with any clues as to why Outlook to Outlook does not work?
