Meeting invite based calendar events disappear from Entourage

Richard Rose

I could have sworn I'd heard of this before.

User with 12.2.3 connected to Exchange 2003. He has a delegate that works in
Outlook 2007. He's running 10.6.2.

He accepts invites and they appear on his calendar. Then at some point they
simply vanish. Not in the trash. He claims he's not rejecting or deleting.

Invites do seem to be from a particular client company.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Rich

If you don't use Entourage but use Outlook Web Access (OWA) instead,
does this behavior continue?

If the messages remain in OWA, what happens when you next launch Entourage?

In OWA you can click the Options link on the left and scroll to the
bottom to view the deleted items. These are items held for a while after
emptying the Deleted Items folder in Entourage or anywhere else. Do you
see any of the events here?
