Meeting invites to shared calender

Is there a way to have accepted meeting requests go to the shared calender rather than the private one?

Only if the "Shared Calendar" was the originator of the
meeting.

How is this accomplished?

What I would like to do is be able to sync Pocket PC with a "shared company calendar" But PPC2003 will only hit the personall one. So, since adding stuff to the private calendar never hit the public one, nobody else can see the workload. I guess I'm wondering if it's better to enter them into the private calendars first and have them "sync" to the public one. Or, add the appointments into the public one, and have it dump back to the private one. Ideally it would be nice to have both available.
