Meeting is not in the calendar

I have access to another users calendar. I have sent out a meeting request
on her behalf today. When I started getting the accepted responses back from
the attendees I notice that in the task pane located at the top of the
meeting request dialog box it states This meeting is not in the calendar,
"Users name". It has been moved or deleted.

I have access to her calendar and can see that the meeting is in fact
located on her calendar. Did I do something wrong this time?

Thank you in advance for any help on this.

You may want to ask this in one of the groups dedicated to your calendar
application. (I'm guessing it's Outlook?)
