Meeting labeling

When I send a meeting notice to my wife the label I've attached seems to get
lost and when she accepts the meeting notice the color coding (label) must be
reset. Is there a way to automatically have the label stay with the meeting
notice?

No.Labels are stripped by design.

Try using categories instead.

Which version do you have?

Thanks Judy, I'm using 2003 but I also have 2007 I've just been too busy to
take the learning curve hit. If 2007 will resolve the issue then that is one
more reason for me to make the move. I have been using categories and these
stick but they don't make the visual impact that the labels do.

Then 2007 is the answer - both of you will need to use the same Category
list! And remove or turn off the Rule that deletes Categories from incoming
emails.

Thanks Judy, I just need to make time to install Office 2007. Hopefully by
this weekend.
