Meeting or events cannot be sent on behalf of specified user

Through invite attendees, user cannot send meeting or event on behalf of his
boss. Error Message is the following : you do not have the permission to send
the message on behalf of the specified user". But all premissions have been
set correctly, through User shared calendar and mailboxe and thourgh exchange
advanced tab and exchange general tab. It was working fine before...
PLLEEEEEEEAAAAASSSSSSSSEEEEEE help me.
