We have just switched to Office 07 at work and there are some things I hope I
can turn off of Outlooks Calendar. I use separate calendars for each room I
am responsible for scheduling and invite the employees who need this
information to show all rooms on one calendar. With Outlook 07 the meeting
organizer's name appears in the meeting. Is there a way to turn this off?
