meeting overlap and who scheduled

We are using Outlook 2000 and have a shared calendar set
up and we found recently that two meetings can be set up
at the same time. Is there a way to have a flag sent to
the user when they attempt to do this? Also is there a
way to know who made and entry on a calendar?

Set the shared calendar to decline conflicting meetings -
Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Resource Scheduling.
