Meeting problem. Outlook 2000

When a meeting request is sent to a DL the recipients name
is added to the TO field in the original meeting when they
send the acceptance. Is this normal or can it be changed.
This is causing an issue, when any details of the meeting
are changed the attendees will receive notification twice,
due to them being in the DL and now in the TO field.

Any Ideas ?

This is a known issue with meetings sent to DLs. If you do not request
reponses for the meeting, you can prevent this, but you won't know who
accepted/declined.
