I schedule several meeting across multiple timezones and when I check
availability the Recipients timezone is not adjusted or accounted for, so I
end up scheduling meetings when the recipients are already scheduled.
Next, when I send meeting request the time sent is from my timezone and does
not adjust for the recipients timezone, so the recipient joins the call at
the wrong time.
