Meeting Request/Appt. w/o Acccept/Decline Buttons

We send out a quarterly Meeting Request for a Company Meeting that adds
the date/time (date changes monthly) to each users calendar. We want to
try and find a way to remove the Accept/Tentative/Decline buttons
because 200 users reply and we dont need to know who will be there and
who won't. I looked into sending an Appt. but it has the
Accept/Tentative/Decline buttons as well.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Uncheck the option to "Request Responses."
