I have a user who recently started using Outlook 2002.
She looks after a director's calendar & was creating an
appointment for him today from his calendar with two
attendees.
Immediately after sending the invitation she looked at
the status tab & noted that the invitees had not had
chance to accept the meeting request, but the status tab
displayed that they had accepted. We confirmed this with
a phone call to one of the recipients (the other was not
even online).
This is only an intermittent problem because I sent one
to a third recipient & the process operated as it should.
Would anyone have advice on why this anomally might be
ocurring?
