Meeting request booked as required

Dear All

I have a problem with my meeting room booked request

So I have doble bookings problem



My platform is Outlook2003-Exchange2003 and for book room we implemented
direct Booking.

So the problem is that the user are able to book a resource as required ,

I mean, when user book a room as resource the request goes to a machine to
process all request, if the user book a room as required the request goes
directly to meeting mailbox.

Is possible to restrict n user open a meeting request and type a resource in
the required field , and if is possible a pop un saying this is a resource
please add in the resource filed or something like that
