Scenario: Meeting request sent to users on Exchange 2003, and a foreign POP
mail system. User on POP mail gets meeting response and declines the meeting
response and edits the response before sending, providing alternate times for
meeting. Meeting organizer receives the decline but the 2 or three
paragraphs of text do not show up in the message.
The closest match I found in the Knowledgebase was 842020

- but this doesn't describe our scenario. These are both Outlook 2k3 clients.
Please let me know if there are any fixes for this.
