Meeting request doesn't work for one user

I have one user running Outlook 2007 sending a meeting request to several
recipients running Outlook 2007 and 2003 versions. One particular user
running Outlook 2003 receives the meeting requests in text format so he
cannot "Accept" the meetings. The same user can receive meeting requests
from other people running Outlook 2007 and it doesn't show up as text.
